How does the VIP AutoShip Program work?

The VIP AutoShip Program is our way of ensuring our customers receive just the right amount of FRS products. Plus, as a VIP Customer, you'll save 30% to 50% on all FRS products. Your account is automatically set up to send and bill you for two servings of FRS per day every month (i.e., two bags of chews and two bottles of concentrate each month). Normally that would cost $79.80 plus S&H per month, but you only pay $55.86 plus S&H per month. Your credit card will be autobilled $55.86 plus S&H.

Also, you can log into our Online Account Management System or call our Customer Service Center to customize your order to receive any FRS product on any delivery schedule (up to 180 days). No matter what you order, your first 3 orders will be 30% off, your next 3 orders will be 40% off and all orders after that will be 50% off as long as your account is active! With FRS VIP AutoShip, you'll get the best prices plus have complete control over what FRS products you order and how often you receive them.

How does the 14-Day Trial work?

Just fill out your shipping and billing information, wait to receive your shipment in the mail and try FRS Healthy Energy® for 14 days. If you decide that FRS is not for you, call to cancel within 14 days of receiving your trial order.

At the end of your 14-Day Trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the VIP AutoShip Program where you'll receive 30% - 50% off FRS products until you cancel. What do I get in my 14-Day Trial?

In your 14-Day Trial shipment, you will receive a bag of 30 Chews and a 32oz bottle of FRS Healthy Energy Drink in a concentrate form.

Can I choose my 14-Day Trial products?

No, your 14-Day Trial products are pre-determined and may not be edited.

When will I receive my 14-Day Trial?

As soon as you place your Trial order, your order will be processed and your shipment will be on its way! Please allow 5-7 business days for it to arrive.

What happens after my 14-Day Trial?

At the end of your 14-day Trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the VIP AutoShip Program where you'll receive 30% - 50% off FRS products until you cancel.

What if I don't like the products I've purchased and I want a refund?

FRS Money Back Guarantee - The FRS Company stands behind FRS Healthy Energy products. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason — even if you've used all of the products — you can return the products -- or the empty containers -- for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.

To obtain your refund, you must do the following: Call us at 1-877 FRS VIP1 (1-877 377-8471) within 20 days of purchase. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is valid for 30 days and must be written on the outside of the box containing the returned product(s). To receive your refund, you must return and we must receive the returned product(s) within this 30-day period, (i.e., before the RMA number expires). Be sure to write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. You pay for return shipping.

Address the return package to: FRS Returns, 22100 E 26th Avenue #100, Aurora, CO 80019. We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

How do I update my credit card information?

Go to Manage Account and click on Edit Credit Card. Or, you can call us at 1-877 FRS VIP1 (1-877 377-8471), Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

How do I postpone VIP AutoShip Shipments?

To preserve your VIP discounts, we can postpone your next AutoShip shipment. You may do so yourself by logging into your account and changing the date of your autoshipment. Or, if you need assistance, please call us at 1-877 FRS VIP1 (1-877 377-8471), Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, to arrange this for your account.

How do I change the flavors and products in my shipments?

To change the flavors or your products in your shipments, go to Manage Account and click on Edit Order. For a complete list of all of our products go to Products & Shop

How do I cancel my VIP AutoShip Account?

To cancel your account, just call 1-877 FRS VIP1 (1-877 377-8471) during the week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

Is the FRS website secure?
